Welcome to The Destiny Blueprint ("we", "our", "the Service"), operated at destinyblueprint.online. By accessing the site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Destiny Blueprint is a monthly membership inspired by Eastern metaphysics. Each month, members receive a symbolic PDF reading together with ritual audio and video guidance, delivered to the email address provided at signup.

The Service is offered for reflection, symbolism, and spiritual entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription and Billing

• The membership is billed at $39.99 USD per month.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Your account is activated after successful payment, and your first reading is delivered by email.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; the current paid period remains active until its end.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for periods already delivered.

4. Your Information

To personalize your reading, we collect your name, email address, birth date, birth time, birth timezone, birth city or region, and gender. You are responsible for providing accurate information. Our handling of this data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share the reports, audio, or video content you receive;
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Provide another person's personal information without their consent.

6. Term and Termination

Term. These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service and for as long as your subscription remains active.

Termination by you. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 3, or ask us to delete your account by writing to help@destinyblueprint.online. Cancellation stops future billing; your access and monthly deliveries continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Suspension or termination by us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service and cancel your subscription, with or without prior notice, if you:

• materially breach these Terms, including the Acceptable Use rules in Section 5;
• engage in fraud, abuse, or a payment chargeback or reversal;
• provide false information, or another person's personal information without their consent;
• create a risk of harm or legal liability for us, other members, or the Service.

Effect of termination. On termination, your right to access the Service and to receive future readings, audio, and video ends. Content already delivered to you may still be used for your personal, non-commercial purposes under Section 7. Where termination results from your breach, no refund is owed for the affected period and any amounts already due remain payable. Where we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will refund, on a pro-rata basis, any prepaid fees covering the unused portion of your subscription period.

Survival. The provisions of Section 7 (Intellectual Property), Section 8 (Disclaimers), and Section 9 (Limitation of Liability) survive termination of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including readings, audio, video, artwork, and branding — is owned by or licensed to The Destiny Blueprint and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any symbolic guidance will produce particular outcomes in your life.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
